介绍

The construction of Tsinghua University Free-fall Facility (TUFF) has completed in 2019. TUFF locates at the Lee Shau Kee Building of Tsinghua University. It allows for a 2.3-s free fall such that a wide range of fluid and combustion problems can be studied. The experimental data from microgravity experiments can be used in validating theoretical models and assisting development of space-based engineering database in the area of fuel storage and fire safety.
